Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, he excels in connecting companies with seed and development capital to build shareholder value. His efforts have been instrumental in reorganizing and reactivating Tier 2 TSX-Venture oil and gas companies. Currently, he serves as the CEO and a director of Petrichor Energy Inc., President, CEO, and director of Allente Resources Ltd., and a director of Anquiro Ventures Ltd.

For more than 15 years, Jurgen Wolf has been a significant contributor to the oil and gas industry, focusing on investor relations and administration for public companies. Originally educated in Germany, Jurgen immigrated to Canada in 1953. His entrepreneurial ventures include owning and operating pre-cast concrete factories in Calgary and Vancouver, and later managing a commercial construction company, J.A. Wolf Projects, Ltd. He was also the President and director of US Oil and Gas Resources Inc., which eventually became Petrichor Energy Inc. in 2005. Currently, he serves as a director for several public companies.

Richard Barnett has over 20 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Secretary, working with both public and private corporations. His expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including oil & gas, resource exploration, engineering, and R&D. Richard is a member of the Certified General Accountants of British Columbia and has completed extensive business, accounting, and regulatory courses to keep current with industry practices. His responsibilities include overseeing accounting functions, managing annual audits, budgeting, and preparing financial statements and management discussions.

Michael’s extensive experience includes roles at Range Petroleum, Golden Eagle, Unbridled Energy, Stormcat Energy, and Rockbridge Resources Inc., where he has made significant contributions to the industry.

His career includes two decades at AMOCO, where he took on various roles in property management, drilling, completions, exploitation, exploration, and administration. Bernie’s expertise and leadership are further recognized by his membership in the Professional Geologists, Geophysicists, and Engineers of Alberta.

Dr. Bob Mummery is a registered Professional Geologist with over 40 years of experience in the industry, including roles at AMOCO, Canadian Hunter, Home Oil, and Wascana. He is the former VP of Exploration and founder of Golden Eagle and has held multiple directorships in both public and private junior oil and gas companies.
